Supply Chain Manager and Lean Improvement Specialist
I am working with a New England based hospital system that is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager and Lean Improvement Specialist. This person will be a key factor in leading improvement projects in the department and will a part of the operations management team.
In this role, you will work with all groups in the supply chain area in a variety of capacities. Some of the key areas would include:
1. Budget Management
2. Leadership of Kaizen events
3. Strategic Development and Deployment of Process Improvement Projects
4. Management of a variety of teams
5. Stabilize Inventory Management
Requirements:
Ability to Relocate to New England
5 years experience in supply chain management and Lean Functions
BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, ect.
Proven experience in Continuous Process Improvement
APICS Certification Preferred
