Responsibities:
Responsible for the co-ordination, administration and support of the end to end Supply Chain activities of purchasing, planning, inventory, and vendor management for the ANZ Telecom Networks group.
This position will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, and act as the primary supply chain liaison point for the Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Manufacturing teams.
The overall objective of this position is to enable the provision of exceptional customer service, while the businesses meets its contractual obligations, rolling forecast requirements, and financial objectives.

Requirement:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager ANZ, and act as the primary supply chain liaison point for the Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Manufacturing teams.
- Co-ordinate, administer and support end to end Supply Chain activities.
- Assist in operating and implementing SOP and converting that into an actionable Supply Chain.
- Key in forecast data
- Master planning order placing
- Includes collaborating with planners in the wider Asia Pacific Telecom Networks team as required.
- Procurement
- Achieve KPI's
CUSTOMER INTERACTION (Internal and External)
- Communicate /liaise with Sales teams from the Telecom NBN teams
- Liaise with stakeholders at every phase in the supply chain (approx 80% internal and 20% external customers). This includes tasks such as:
- Communicating with manufacturing plants
- Following up dates
- Expediting orders
- Provide feed
