An excellent opportunity to join a growing FMCG company as an Inventory/Supply Analyst. They seek an individual to develop implement the necessary stock management processes and controls to support the roll out of replenishment across several sites.
- Build business applications using Access, Excel, SQL and MRP systems.
- Own significant projects on behalf of the team and provide high level support.
- Manage the forecasting and planning system for the product range through data management and exception reports, ensuring that items are introduced, expedited, de-expedited and managed out of the business as appropriate.
- Achieve KPI levels of product availability and inventory value within the distribution network for a range of products.
- Manage forecasts for a defined range of products, through systematic calculated means.
- Work collaboratively with Category Product Managers, to ensure that the supplier base responds to the requirements of the business, to ensure that company sales and margins are maximised.
- Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement of performance and processes within the Inventory Management team.
- Contribute to the development of the Inventory Management team, through better use of IM tools, enhanced analytical approaches and increasing influence throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of automated inventory systems together with advance experience of Excel, Access and MRP systems such as Manugistics, SAP or Merica. Our client offers excellent career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
