Warehouse Teamleader – Bridgend
To lead and work as part of a warehousing team, unloading products, putting away to inventory from production and loading deliveries to the customer. Responsible for the direction of all warehouse resources to meet production and customer requirements.

§ 100% of all vehicles loaded meeting Customer and internal requirements
§ Deliver 100% stock accuracy
§ Operate WMS, as per process, to meet production and customer requirements
§ Ensure quarantine processes are adhered to
§ Plan resource to be available where work is required
§ Daily housekeeping routines are completed satisfactorily
§ Pallets are received and delivered to converting
§ Parent reels and packaging are delivered to converting
§ All stock movements are processed and accurate using WMS
§ Counting of product when required
§ Highly flexible and willing to take on new challenges
§ Ensure labeller is working at all times and log issues in PTM
Identify, report and deliver Improvement Ideas
