Supply Network Operations - Distribution/Warehouse Technician - Joppa, MD
Procter Gamble is seeking highly skilled individuals to operate in both Joppa, Maryland and Riverside, Maryland Distribution Centers. Candidates will be hired as part-time Warehouse Technicians assigned to work teams which are responsible for Shipping and Receiving functions, conducting product put-away, picking orders and other warehouse functions. Technicians are expected to work independently, be able to work quickly and accurately. These positions are limited to 1,000 hours per year and pay a competitive hourly rate of $13.84. Current positions are available in four hour slots. In order to perform the work described above, forklift, rack-jack experience and prior experience with distribution systems is a plus. Further, technicians must have strong technical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technicians will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment, such as safety shoes and eye protection.
