A 2nd Line Support Analyst is urgently sought for a leading consultancy providing managed services based in London. The Support Analyst will be based directly on a client site based in London but with offices around the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring that incidents, services and change requests are completed quickly and efficiently, and prioritise these incidents based on their importance. The end client is a high profile architectural practice thus any experience within sector would be highly desirable.
