Support Analyst
Support Analyst – Quasar
Support Analyst required to fully support the Quasar related business processes and procedures with my Investment Banking / Asset Management client based in London.
Candidates will be respobsible for, but not limited to:
- Taking ownership of errors, liaise with internal operations, infrastructure staff, business users and third-party suppliers.
- Prioritising and manage the resolution of cross-team data issues.
- Fixing bespoke software faults (by coding, writing and executing test plans
Candidates will require the following expertise:
- Asset management and fund administration knowledge.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quasar V5.00.
- Skilled in using InterSystems' Caché 5.0, 5.2 and 2010, including Caché classes, methods queries and configuration management.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Unix scripting, OpenVMS DCL, HTML and the ITIL best practice framework an advantage.
Candidates will require both expert knowledge of Quasar and experience within an Asset Management environment to be considered for this position.
