My client urgently requires a talented and intelligent Support Analyst to immediately join their rapidly growing organisation within the heart of London. This is an award winning organisation within the Financial Services space, using the only the best and latest technology that the market has to offer. My client boasts prestige and respect from peers, alongside having some of the most knowledgeable people within the market space.

The successful Support Analyst will join the London based team and work alongside other technical staff using various technologies, and will have to have the ability to carry out various tasks throughout the day, sometimes under highly pressurised conditions.

The role of the Support Analyst - (Application Support, Trade Support, Helpdesk Support, MS Office, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Linux, Java, Futures, Options, Asset, Investment, Vendor, Financial Services, Graduate, First Class, Upper Second, Graduate, London) will include but is not limited to:

- 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support where necessary - some telephone some client facing

- Responding promptly to requests and queries whilst working closely with the delivery team

- Running through stages of configuration and implementation

- Working with technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Linux etc. to manipulate data and search databases

- Resolve client issues/desktop issues quickly and efficiently - also working on unresolved issues and closing them successfully

This is a fantastic opportunity for a first or second jobber who has recently graduated with at least a BSc in a 2:1 or above. You will stand to only better your skills, credibility, and future career path, and get to mingle with the best and most knowledgeable within the business. This is an immediate need and my client has promised a swift interview process for the right candidate. This opportunity gives you the chance to make your expectations and actual possibility. There is room to grow upwards within the company as my client is big on organic growth - those that prove themselves will be given the opportunity to move on and very quickly. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £60,000: This is based on experience and knowledge as well as the individual themselves.

In order to be considered for the role, the following is absolutely essential:

- At least a BSc in a Computing/Mathematic/Economic degree with AT LEAST a 2:1 from a TOP university - Top 20 - 30.

- Good working technology knowledge e.g. SQL, Oracle, Linux/Unix, Java and good business knowledge with regards to asset classes (futures, options, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
