Support Analyst, HRIS recruitment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of test plans and scripts and conducting user acceptance testing
- Compile end-user documentation and provide training
- To co-ordinate and provide support in other HRIS projects deployment
Testing
- Write UAT test scripts
- Perform UAT and ensure successful resolution of all issues identified
Documentation Reporting
- Ensure end user document is complete and correct
- Manage documentation updates
Production and User Support
- Provide assistance for production support incidents
- Monitoring and managing daily tasks during UAT and deployment
- Provide HRIS support for the local and regional HRs
- Provide efficient communications to project teams
Training
- Development and implementation of training plans to ensure that appropriate training is received by all relevant users, including, where necessary, the preparation of Training materials
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Enterprise HR Management System (preferably PeopleSoft)
- Educated to degree level in an IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- Microsoft office applications especially Excel
- Data management and manipulation
- Good understanding of HR Business Processes and Reporting
- Good communication and client facing skills
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Disciplined and detail orientated
- Flexible, responsive and responsible
