Job Title: Support Analyst
Department: Sales Audit (Compliance and Audit)
Reports To: Manager, Sales Audit
Position Summary:
The Support Analyst is primarily responsible for providing management with timely and accurate reports for weekly audit activity. The Support Analyst will be responsible for creating weekly field schedules for Field Auditors and Secret Shoppers, assisting the Field Auditors and Secret Shoppers in the field with logistical inquiries and update various analytical schedules. This is a fast paced deadline orientated position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains and manages the Open Auditor and secret shopper database
• Tracks site/location changes from the Sales Audit Inbox
• Partners with other members of the department to ensure data integrity
• Accurate recording, interpretation and reporting of Open Auditor and Secret shopper data
• Schedules auditors (secret shoppers open auditors)
• Maintains tracker report on audited/attempted sales representatives
• Provides weekly reporting on sales auditing tracker and individual tracker
• Maintains report with head count of all sales representative
• Assists in the preparation of weekly sales performance reports for the Senior Analyst
• Provides ad-hoc reporting
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partnering with other members of the department to ensure data integrity (Manager Senior Support Analysts)
• Accurate recording, interpretation and reporting of all audit data
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Work Experience:
4-5 years analysis experience; intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Technical Skills:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word skills; basic Microsoft Access skills.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be constantly sitting and keying. The employee will be lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 1-10lbs.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee constantly works in an indoor environment.

• Understanding of managed care health plan’s sales force or an audit department would be an advantage
Conditions of Employment: Employee must pass pre-employment screening which includes a background check and drug testing. Employee must present documentation to verify minimum of high school educational requirement.
