Support Analyst Job in Perth 6000, Western Australia Australia
This well known Perth identity consistently offers a range of ITT projects to their team that allow them to fully develop their skills and experience. They have currently taken on some new projects and have a requirement for an experienced Support Analyst to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will require someone to provide support for business applications and to work proactively and cooperatively with end-users. You will act as the front line customer interface providing first and second level support, resolution and advice with respect to end user queries, issues, problems and competency. In addition, you will be required to maintain documentation associated with any issues or changes to the relevant applications. This role is an initial 2 month contract with the view to extend due to increasing project work.
Key Requirements:
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
- Able to demonstrate a very high level of customer service
- Ability to learn basic technical and specialist skills in support of business applications
- Intermediate level skills in the use of MS Office suite of tools
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Exchange 2010 would be advantageous
- Self starter and able to work as an effective team member
