The American College of Physicians (ACP), the nation’s largest medical specialty society, has an opening for a Support Analyst in our Philadelphia headquarters. Specific responsibilities of the position include:

 

·         Providing helpdesk support, ensuring prompt response.

·         Assisting in staff relocations with the moving of hardware equipment.

·         Analyzing business opportunities and problems and developing computer-based solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent certification in a computer-related field.  Extensive experience with MS Office applications and desktop operating systems required.  At least two years experience in a similar helpdesk capacity as well as strong customer service and communication skills are strongly desired. Experience and knowledge of SQL compliant databases, visual programming tools, Unix and the use of software report writer tools preferred.
