Support Analyst MNC IB $35-43K 6 months contract to 12 months recruitment
The Company
A multi-national Investment Bank is urgently looking for a smart, fast leaner and ambitious Support Analyst initially on a 6 to 12 months contract.
The Role
As a Support Analyst you will engage in the following:
- Responsible for application support of Equities and Derivatives trading and sales, specifically the position keeping and booking system, trading process, computation.
- Provide support for internal clients and to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide support for Cash Equities
- Work with and Liaise with the external vendors
- Conduct system quality assurance testing
- Ensure the performance and operations of the systems is adequate
- Working hours will include 12 hour days with potentially working on Saturdays dependant on workload.
Your Profile
To qualify as a Support Analyst for this role, you MUST have:
- An undergraduate degree in IT
- Fluent or native English and Cantonese
- Must have knowledge on Weblogic (mandatory) and or TomCat
- SQL knowledge on database Orcale, MS SQL
- UNIX, LINUX, Perl
- Batch Processing system
- MQ knowledge preferred
- Willing to learn and learn quickly
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
