Support Analyst / Operations Analyst - London
Our client, a well established financial services organisation are looking for a Support Analyst / Developer to work within their compliance team and to work closely with the technology team. The Support Analyst / Developer will work to support the compliance, technology and trading teams. This will be a hybrid role, consisting of 50% support and 50% Development. The support analyst does not require any compliance experience.
The successful Support Analyst must have strong SQL and experience with Python scripting language. We are ideally looking for someone from a financial services background including Trading and Hedge funds.
Knowledge / Skills required:
• Ability to build code and scripts for database queries
• Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of Python scripting language
• Experience working with Windows servers
Main responsibilities include:
• Implementing compliance programs
• Creating, review, and monitor surveillance reports
• Ensuring successful operation of important daily processes
• Assisting with conducting compliance monitoring
• Assisting with data-gathering and analysis for internal and external requests for information.
