Support Analyst (Contract)
Our client, a top tier bank is looking to hire a Support Analyst to work in London for an initial 3 months with likely extension. Quick decisions will be made by the client and interviews will be arranged very quickly.
Responsibilities/Requirements as follows:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a systems support role within a large organisation on project teams resolving complex issues, identifying and implementing solutions.
- Clear understanding of the ALM Suite of applications – providing support, managing and monitoring environments used by ALM clients.
- Work with a range of IT and Business users to maintain consistent support levels and identify any opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in using user management and access control for different clients and databases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate all types of information to a range of audiences
- Experience within the financial services is bonus, but this is not essential
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Access
