Position Description:
SunGard provides an integrated solution suite for asset/liability management, budgeting and planning, regulatory compliance, and profitability. SunGard's banking solutions also manage all aspects of universal banking including back-office transaction processing, front-office multichannel delivery, card management and payments.
• Analyse logged issues, verify against released functionality.
• Resolve difficult or complex user enquiries and problems.
• Act as a focal point for the Regional Distributors and clients.
• Ensure a consistent, high level of service is delivered to the Regional Distributors through clear communication and coordination.
• Participate in the process of new system functionality development.
• Where appropriate mentor, train and coach others.
• Maintain product licensing database.
• Develop an understanding of departmental priorities and translate these into personal business objectives.
• Client upgrade testing for new version releases.

Position Requirements:
• Extensive Treasury or other relevant financial market knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with software implementations.
• Sound analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound product knowledge.
• Customer service orientation.
• Able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
• Maintain a focus on excellence.
