Technical Support Analyst with Dutch / Italian / Spanish / Swedish - join a truly international team!

My client a leading international Software solutions provider is recruiting for an experienced Support Analyst to join their expanding team in Berkshire.
This is an interesting role and responsibilities will involve to;
-Providing technical support to the customers by phone, and web interface in timely manner
-Holding presentations on customer site
-Providing product and solution expertise for the benefit of the customer
-Acting as a liaison in between the customer and other teams in the business
To be successful for this role applicants would have;
Strong application support experience
Fluency in English and either Dutch / Italian / Spanish / Swedish
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL and Windows
Strong analytical skills and logical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
In return this company will offer a permanent post, excellent training and a salary of up to 35k depending on experience.
