A leading organisation in the Wiltshire area requires a Support Analyst/Engineer to work within its successful support team. This team provide and support all company IT equipment and infrastructure predominantly for in-house users but also customers. They are also responsible for the provision of the company Helpdesk. You will have experience of the following:

• Call Logging Helpdesk operation
• 1st Line Technical Support
• System operations (eg: setting up user accounts, backups etc)
• Desktop and Laptop Builds (using bare bones and automated methods)
• Basic system administration
• Fault finding and fix, sometimes by telephone

Essential skills:

• MS Office
• PC's, laptops and peripherals
• System administration tasks (eg: setting up user accounts, backups)
• Windows (7 and XP)
• Networking (LAN/WAN)
• Hardware and software installations
• Asset management
• Helpdesk operation
• Exposure to AD/Exchange
