Support Centre Team Leader

Based on the outskirts of Northampton, this successful and growing organisation, wish to recruit a Support Centre Team Leader to supervise a team of individuals that support a field based engineering/technical function.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide full management responsibilities which will include rota planning, coaching and    
  training, etc.
* Monitor KPI's and SLA's
* Manage escalation procedures and processes
* Be the first point of contact for the field based staff

The successful candidate will have a background of supervising or managing a 24/7 operation and will have strong leadership and influencing skills.  You will have the ability to work within a pressurised fast paced environment and be able to demonstrate excellent decision making skills.  You will have worked within a technical/engineering environment and also have strong IT skills.
