Support Consultant
This role is for someone looking to utilise their interpersonal skills and existing business knowledge
You will be working within an established team, providing support by telephone, e-mail and the occasional on-site visit. You must be able to own problems and see them through to resolution. The role also involves testing new developments so a willingness to learn is a must.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of business processes through Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and be technically competent with software solutions.
Support Operative
This role is for someone looking to utilise their interpersonal skills and develop their business knowledge.
You will be working within an established team, providing support by telephone, e-mail and the occasional on-site visit. You must be able to own problems and see them through to resolution. The role also involves testing new developments so a willingness to learn is a must.
The ideal candidate will be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard, be comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues and demonstrate a desire to work within a challenging software environment.
