We have a great TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity for a Support Counselor with one of our most respected clients located in the Sugarland/ Houston area.
The Support Counselor is responsible for establishing a counselor-client relationship and deriving individually tailored solutions to all facets of the client's debt and money management needs and issues through the use of education, debt repayment plans, and/or referral to other assistance organizations. The Support Counselor works to resolve client and creditor problems/requests effectively and efficiently, while maintaining our client's high standards of customer service and confidentiality
- Salary/Pay: $13.50-15/hr DOE
- Candidates MUST have 2 years experience in a call center environment
- Collections, Finance or Mortgage experience a PLUS
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work Monday-Saturday
