Support Engineer
The trading Support Engineer will be part of a team that will help architect the growth of clients high availability, low latency trading platforms, and exchange connectivity network across multiple global regions.
Responsibilities:
- Having experience of first, second and third support for low latency trading platforms.
- Experience in co-ordinating and carry out systems and user testing, including preparing of test plan.
- Client, exchange and ISV relationship management.
Requirements :
- Good functional knowledge of equities and futures.
- Experience with supporting low latency, high throughput, high availability, distributed trading platforms.
- Experience with scripting (pearl, bash)
- Having 2+ years experience of FIX protocol (primarily 4.2, and the ability to understand raw without aid of GUI.)
- Good knowledge of Linux (redhat ES)
- TCP networking/routing and ability to debug issues with the aid of tools.
