An experienced Application Support Manager is required by a prestigious global company in Yorkshire due to continual expansion. The Company, committed to making a positive change in people's lives and motivated by excellence are seeking an individual with a commitment and passion for Support Function Management and confidence in their own ability. This is a brand new position needing someone with the personal qualities and experience to take ownership of the support function and outsourcing partner relationship located over multiple sites and be a champion of best practice. You will also need to be KPI and SLA focused. Ideally you will have strong experience of managing outsourcing suppliers or working for a business who outsource IT services to a 3rd party. This opportunity offers a new challenge for someone who is looking to join an expanding Company and for the right skills and experience will pay up to £65k for the right candidate.
