There is an exciting opportunity for a hands on support manager to join a leading Investment Bank and take responsibility for a high performing global support team. The successful person will be responsible for managing the Order Management Systems (long view) and the Global Support team.
In order to be considered you should have a good understanding of Order Management Systems, ideally from a Vendor (Charles River, Latent Zero, Line data etc) as well as a solid track record of working in a front office support function. You should also have experience of managing teams of support analysts with SQL experience.
