40 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Position Overview
Performs a variety of tasks in support of company operations. Duties include producing correspondence, responding to customers requests, and obtaining documentation.

Responsibilities
- Produces computer generated and manual customer correspondence, (e.g. non-covered
and non-renewal letters).
- Receives, processes, and responds to customers requests (e.g. reimbursement for repairs
or replacement).
- Evaluates and determines coverage and reimbursement options.
- Obtains documentation (licenses, insurance, etc.) from applicable parties.
- Produces reports for management.
- Files documents as needed.
- May speak to customer by phone, although the majority of the job does not involve phone contact.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
- Math skills
- Knowledge of AHS policies and procedures
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
