Our client, a large national bank, has an immediate need for Support Service specialists.
Job Description:
Assigns incoming title orders to approved abstractors, completes title exam and follows up with abstractors resolving any non-legal issues arising from the title search. Manages time sensitive deadlines and communicates with customers and associates in other departments in order to meet departmental goals. Handles routine levels of transactions with oversight by senior staff and managers to complete daily tasks. Typically will have 0-4 years' experience with a working knowledge of the mortgage business and general office skills.
Working hours: standard business hours

1. Experience reviewing titles for defects, etc.
2. Experience performing title searches
3. Knowledge of mortgage packages or loan docs
