Support Specialist Job in Chicago 60523, Illinois US

Job Purpose:

To support reset field teams as well as third party labor teams from beginning to the end of a project.

 

Duties:

·          Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and all teams involved from start to finish per project.

·          Provide daily rollup consisting of open issues resolutions to management.

·          To ensure processes are followed and maintained by utilizing reporting tools to resolve issues.

·          Ability to build and maintain good relationships with field teams and third party labor teams.

·          May assist program manager with special projects.

·          Required to update issues, surveys, pre-walks daily.

·          Any previous merchandising or project experience is an advantage.

·          Strong work ethics, must be customer focused and Internet literate
 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

·          Strong PC and organizational skills

·          Position may require fluency in Spanish

·          Able to handle high stress situations calmly and with tact and professionalism

·          Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and promote a good working environment

·          Able to multitask handling production quality goals set by the company

·          Strong decision making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions.

·          Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality

·          Advanced PC skills with proficient use in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

·          Excellent written, oral communication, and organization skills
