Support Specialist Trainer
Job Description: Growing, local company is seeking a Support Specialist/Trainer member. Personality will be key in this role. Successful candidate will be dynamic, extroverted, possess high energy, assertive and proactive. Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years experience, be highly efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), well organized, have the ability to multi-task, and possess exceptional organizational skills and phone skills. Duties to include but not limited to: Preparation and facilitation of on line training for new customers as well as new users. Provide on line demonstrations of new features and enhancements to the current customer base. Answer and respond to incoming customer service phone calls and support emails and direct them as appropriate identifying situations needed for escalation. Update customer dashboards and other pertinent information as needed and keep customers advised of changes. Provide low-level technical support in regards to our customer's web-enabled dashboard. Assist in development and implementation of customer retention and other programs as necessary. Identify improvements for client support processes and procedures. Perform other miscellaneous duties related to training and/or customer service. Requirements: A two or four year college degree Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills Strong relationship building skills Solid project and time management skills Possess superior skills in teaching others Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic Ability to manage ever changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment At least 2 years of customer service duties plus have held a full time permanent job with in the last 3 months. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ACT (helpful but not necessary) Professional and personable disposition Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Pay Range: $30,000-$35,000 DOE.
