Position Description

Candidate will lead a multi-site team responsible for definition and implementation of the GSS Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Intelligence (BI) and Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. Candidate will coordinate across GSS sites to gather SCM operational and business reporting, metrics, analytics and data management requirements. Candidate will work with IT organization to translate requirements into an SCM BI and MDM solution. Candidate should be familiar with SCM industry trends in BI and MDM.

Manages employees performing technical or specialist activities within Product Support. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
