Description Key Role: Analyze future Integrated Surveillance (IS) requirements using an interagency and multi-stakeholder perspective, develop supporting enterprise architecture products to articulate the operational and systems environment required to meet those needs, translate key concepts for surveillance data gathering and information sharing to support the development and revision of an interagency Integrated Surveillance (IS) Concept of Operations (ConOps), and communicate the overall quantitative and qualitative system of system characteristics to the user, acquirer, developer, and other organizational elements, including training, facilities, staffing, and maintenance through written text and architecture artifacts. Support the development and refinement of the IS architecture, including capability, operational, system, and technical perspectives in addition to the relationships with the external environment, analyze user needs and architecture to develop functional and system requirements, support the planning and coordination of prototyping activities for IS, lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level or program-level enterprise architecture products, and plan and execute stakeholder meetings to gather and organize data pertinent to the enterprise architecture effort. Provide in-depth analysis of architecture data, including financial impacts, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, and interoperability analysis in support of client initiatives and author or provide content for whitepapers and briefings to present architecture or systems engineering information to clients and internal Booz Allen Hamilton colleagues, teams, and groups.
