Responsibilities
- Managing complex survey research project(s) and be responsible for the project's schedule, budget, staff and client relations; scheduling the project's work, monitoring the project budget, overseeing questionnaire and materials design, planning and executing data collection and delivery, and reporting costs and progress
- Organizing and supervising the day-to-day work of the research staff team, coaching junior staff members and ensure the client's needs and project's contract requirements are continually met.
- Additional responsibilities will include proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in social science strongly preferred
- 4 years of survey research experience
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and processes of survey research is essential
- Knowledge of at least one substantive or methodological area and quantitative analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in supervising multiple tasks and staff levels is a must
- Excellent communication and management skills are necessary.
