Our client is a leading and reputable real estate investment and fund management company. Due to the expanding asset portfolio, they are looking for a high-calibre, experienced Development Manager from a surveyor or investment portfolio background to join the organization.
Reporting to the General Manager, You will review and analyze potential asset development and re-positioning opportunities. You will review all technical, design and regulatory aspects of the projects with related parties and collaborate with investment team for the preparation of business plans and financial analysis. In addition, you will prepare and present project investment papers based on financial analysis, cost planning, business forecasts, innovative designs and green initiatives, etc. In this role this Development Manager will take charge of all real estate development projects and coordinate all aspects of projects execution with other related parties.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder or above in Architecture, Surveying, Real Estate, Building Studies, Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in property and real estate development with focus on retail environment
- Sound knowledge of property development procedures and regulations and project management
- Strong leadership with good problem solving, analytical and time management skills
- Good command in spoken and written English Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
