Sushi Chef
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced sushi chef looking to join a well established team in one of the UK's best Japanese restaurants, based in central London
The restaurant is at the top of its game and is currently ranked as one of the best in the country. The food is Japanese/Peruvian served in an ultra modern way. The kitchen is made up of a total team of 70 chefs with 45 working per service. The restaurant serves up to 300 covers per service so somebody that is used to dealing with large numbers is a huge bonus. You will be working in a team of 10 sushi chefs serving the finest seafood to discerning clientele.
The ideal candidate should come from a high end kitchen; have a good cv and steady career progression. You should have experience with current legislation such as HACCP and COSHH and be looking to progress within 3 - 6 months to a senior role.
The salary for this role is £25000 plus £5000 in tips working 42 hours per week.
