Nobu is one of the worlds most recognised culinary brands, and is famous for its signature style of infused Japanese cuisine, with dishes such as yellow tailed sashimi with jalapeno and the famous black cod with miso. The addition of Nobu will further enhance Burwood’s range of premium dining venues, and adds to the recent and continuing development of our world class venue.
We are currently seeking dynamic and Sushi Chefs who will be responsible for serving our guests in the Nobu style, ensuring their dining experience is a smooth and memorable experience.
To be successful for these opportunities, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience with rolling sushi
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- A passion for delivering a high standard of presentation
