Posting Job Description Supports the development and helps drive implementation of the MillerCoors sustainable development strategy so as to enable the organization to manage environmental, social and economic risks and opportunities in a consistent manner, protecting our corporate reputation and maximizing business value. Engages internal stakeholders to support MillerCoors commitment to sustainable development responsibilities. Develops business opportunities and delivers projects that provide high value to departments that are interested in improving their sustainability performance. Participates in project and cross-functional teams focused on the development and implementation of sustainability into business strategy and operations. Creates, develops and activates externally facing sustainable development platform and initiatives that support the business and advances its corporate reputation. Assists in preparation of reports on sustainable development goals and results to parent companies. Helps develop appropriate communications to drive business results through the sustainable development strategy including the production of an annual sustainable development report. Driving Business Results Preferred Qualifications Education Level and/or Experience: Minimum of a bachelorrsquo;s degree in business, marketing, operations management or a related field. Minimum of 10 years experience in a corporate affairs, communications, corporate responsibility or environmental function Skills and/or Knowledge: Requires superior organizational, managerial, facilitation, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proven self-starter who can lead and deliver projects at a high level Deep knowledge and experience in key CSR content areas, such as: environment, human rights, CSI, supply chain or sustainable development Knowledge and experience related to business processes such as strategic planning, organization development, training programs and performance management Commercial development experience recommended to pursue and create business opportunities, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
