Sustainable Resource Management Assessor

This is a great opportunity for a Assessor / Trainer to work for this fast expanding Training Provider delivering training and assessment on Sustainable Resource Management. This is an exciting new post for the right person to help shape the future of the company. You will help to shape the importance and professionalism of the waste and cleaning industry to young Apprentices across the various regions.

You will earn between £21,000 and £25,000 per annum + 45pence mileage and good benefits.

Non Negotiable
* Occupational competence within waste and cleaning.
* To hold the D32 D33/ A1 or equivalent qualification.

Main Duties
* To deliver training and assessment on a range of qualifications to Level 3 equivalent together with underpinning knowledge.
* Produce schemes of work, lesson plans, learning materials and assessment plans and adapt learning and development material to suit individual needs.
* Identify learning requirements at all levels and feedback on progress and achievement.
* Demonstrating practical applications of vocational applications.
* Conducting work based observations and assessments.
* To contribute to review and evaluation of curriculum programmes, self assessment and the implementation of effective quality improvement plans.
* Participate in standardisation meetings.
* To prepare, maintain and monitor the training workplace environment to meet Health and Safety standards.

Skills
* IT literate in the Microsoft Office suit.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills at a written and spoken level.
* Confident in communication with customers, contractors and suppliers.
* Self motivated and effective team player.
