GE Healthcare Service department provides comprehensive solution for repairing, maintenance and operation consulting of medical imaging equipment including CT, MR, XRay, Ultra-sound, Clinical systems etc. in addition to that, it provides value added service like long distance digital service, product upgrading service, management training etc to enhance operation, implementation and leadership in hospital. Role Summary/Purpose

The SVC Sales Trainee Program aims to develop young talents, build Service commercial talents pipeline, it provides:

Essential Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned channel/distributor aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return, within the most cost-effective route and time-frame.
2.Actively manage the relationship with the assigned distributor to ensure alignment with company objectives
3.Proceed distributor/channel with the support information needed to facilitate their effectiveness
4.Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications.
5.Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the Zone Sales Manager.
6.Will travel within and across the region

Qualifications/Requirements

1.2012 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial etc. 2.Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure 3.Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel 4.Strong communication interpersonal skills, good team player 5.Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential 6.Fluent in English
