SVP Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Industry Lead recruitment
The role itself will carry full strategic autonomy and will crucially look to drive an already established player in the further development of their BFSI EMEA practice - targeting the capital markets and retail banking segments. The role will also lead a small, but very senior team with a diverse range of business development skills experience across Banking, FS Insurance EMEA.
The successful individual must have strong BPO/IT/Banking sales capabilities in addition to an ability to aggressively drive an agenda both internally and externally in crafting a successful practice.
Strong networks within the BFSI market are also crucial as well as a history of interacting at CXO level.
We are interested in speaking with the following individuals:
- Min 10 Years Financial Services or Technology Outsourcing experience in EMEA
- Candidates with a history of crafting large outsourcing/ services deals min £25m+ TCV
- Proven capabilities in Business Process Outsourcing services wider Managed services
- Experience of 'hunting' for new business - ideally in multiple geographies
- Experience of either the UK, French, German, NL, Austrian or Swiss banking/FS markets
- Preference will be given to those candidates who can demonstrate genuine C Level connections - not just CIO.
- Strong banking domain understanding - processes - back to front office.
