SVP Equity Valuation Methodology / IPV – Hong Kong
The IB requires a senior VP to come in and sit between the equity (covering all products - flow and exotics) IPV and the equity Models Methodology teams and act in a business management type capacity. This will involve you critically analysing business impacts, new products, issues faced, product risks, the equity market and generally how the IPV and MM teams are working with front office teams. It is a high level value add, review and analysis role reporting in to an MD and with key MD level stakeholders across finance and the front office.
In order to fulfil the requirements of the role we are not looking for a pure IPV / Valuation Controller. We need a technical candidate, ideally from a models and methodology or risk management background (although any previous IPV experience would be useful). We are also looking for an equities specialist given that you are to regularly have high level product and market discussion with front office MD’s both in APAC and overseas.
The client is offering an attractive package for the role. A relocation package can be discussed for candidates applying overseas.
