SVP, Head of Human Resource recruitment
The Human Resource Director will report to the China CEO and regionally to the Group HR Head. The team consists of over 16 seasoned and highly qualified HR professionals based at HQ in SH.
This HR Director will be part of the China Board of Director. On top of the daily roles and responsibilities of running the HR function, my client expects this candidate to meet with local regulators, have an active participation in working closely with various Branch Managers across the country and a heavy involvement in local charitable activities.
This seasoned HR professional must possess over 15 years of HR work experience with a US/European Fortune 500 multinational background in China. Education qualifications and certifications must come from prominent institutions globally.
Ideal candidate must have a range of HR experience raning from recruitment, HR partnership, talent development, Compensation Benefits and HR projects.
Our client is looking for a top notch candidate with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. The overall personality must come across as confident and assertive.
At present, our client would prefer to meet with candidates with China experience.
