SVP, Programme Manager (Finance Change) recruitment

The Programme Manager will be responsible for all delivery aspects of the Programme, with responsibility for the ongoing health of the Programme management mechanisms.  Ensuring that the Programme’s progress towards the delivery of the expected outcomes is planned monitored and controlled. They will ensure the coherence of the Programme, and develop and maintain the appropriate environment to support each individual Project within it.

Key Responsibilities

-          Plans the Programme either directly or indirectly through the individual Project Managers of each of the streams

-          Defines the roles of all parties involved in delivering the Programme

-          Reports progress of the Programme at regular intervals to the Steering Committee including Programme Director and key stakeholders

-          Applies quality controls to ensure the overall integrity of the Programme and compliance coherence to PMO Quality guidelines and standards

-          Manages dependencies and the interfaces between Projects and ensures benefits of the Programme activities are identified, tracked and measured

-          Manages the Programme's budget, monitoring expenditures and costs against plan

-          Ensures delivery of new products or services from the Projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Programme plan

-          Manages the programme team and ensures there is efficient allocation of resources and skills within the Project portfolio

Requirements

-           Proven track record manage large scale complex change

-          Must have experience working line in finance within global markets

-          Background in Financial Services Industry

-          Excellent Stakeholder Management skills

-          Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal) as appropriate

-          Effective team leader /or coach, as appropriate, able to work in global virtual teams in a matrix organization

-          Ability to work in fast paced environment

-          Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

-          Excellent analytical skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving

-          Keeps pace with technical innovation and maintains a broad understanding of the CTB offering

-          Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE 2, PMI) /or relevant practical experience

-          Degree level /or relevant practical experience
