SVP/Director of Valuations recruitment
Requirements
- Managing the EM Valuations team (4 people) with a particular emphasis on mentoring and developing talent
- a deep understand the business, exotic rates and credit in particular
- familiarity with modelling and interacting with the Quants team
- Excellent articulation, the ability to phrase the issues in laymans terms
- Strong stakeholder management, the ability to manage upwards as well as down
- Proactivity
- Open to background, including Market Risk, as long as the product knowledge is strong
