SVP/VP – Finance Change Management (SIX SIGMA) recruitment

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation and Solutioning, you would be essentially responsible for driving process improvement and analyse the impact on the different businesses of the group specifically on the Finance Operations processes. To develop strategic quality initiatives, driving their implementation, provide improvement methodologies to processes like Reconciliation, Accounting, Product Control, Fund Management etc would be very critical to the role. You would be the key person who would be responsible for measuring and monitoring health of the different businesses by acting as the Finance Change Agent to support Cost Efficiency and Control.

You will work closely with members of the Management Team, Clients, PMO teams to meet the primary objectives of the business and driving lean and six sigma initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

You must have an MBA from a top business school with atleast 10+ years of post qualification experience in leading quality process improvement initiatives within a Financial Services industry. You would essentially have worked on projects specifically within the FA domain. Experience in successfully managing change projects from scope to delivery through Black Belt or Master Black Belt standard or similar would fit perfectly to this role.
