Job Description
You will responsible for:
Heads up TM BMS team if appropriate, Act as business lead to regional projects
Assist in TM Business Management, Conduct Business Analysis for new business or project initiatives
Ensure efficient conduct of activities in TM by providing trader, sales product support, review streamline workflow procedures, coordinate various functions to support new business/product/systems initiatives.
Work with TM Singapore/HK to support regional policy and initiatives.
Provide business support to TM activities.
Manage governance to business policies/guidelines/controls.
Lead TM projects.
Drive New Product Initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant is required have:
Minimum 10 years solid experience in Treasury Derivatives products, system, business and control processes.
Sound product knowledge in Interest Rate Foreign Exchange derivatives, or Equities / Commodities which includes product definition and risk characteristics, workflow and processes and operational controls.
Proven business and people management skills.
Good command of English and Chinese and fluent in English / Putonghua.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity of prevailing regulatory framework /guidelines.
Solid Experience to end user technology needs and workflow processes.
