Swedish / Polish / Dutch Speaking Finance Assistant Job in Camberley GU153SD, Home Counties UK
A global organization in the Camberley area is looking to recruit several Finance Assistants with fluency in the Swedish, Dutch or Polish languages.
Your role will be to maintain accurate cost / profit centre records for the specific regions and provide accurate cost and billing information to other parts of the business. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Processing transactions within the cost / profit centres in line with company accounting guidelines.
- Take responsibility for uploads of budget and forecast into SAP and using these to produce accurate cost centre reports and billing schedules.
- Performing tasks essential to the recording of costs including, raising of purchase orders requests, recording goods receipts, raising vendor payment requests, etc.
- Maintenance of cost centre structure for month end close and carrying out performance checks.
- Performing monthly Balance Sheet, Billing and Bank reconciliations.
- Calculating and allocating business charges in line with the budget or agreed allocation keys, preparation and posting of journals and correcting anomalies.
- Performing SOX and ICS controls.
- Reviewing weekly payment proposals, monitor debt aging plus and resolving outstanding issues.
Applicants MUST speak fluent Swedish, Polish or Dutch, be resident in theUKand possess previous accounts experience gained in similar role.
