Swedish Speaking New Accounts Analyst Job in Brighton, Southern Uk

American Express, the World's premier financial and travel solutions provider, is looking for an effective Swedish speaker to join their New Accounts department.

Responsibilities include:
* Processing NA applications through the GNA system.
* Dealing with incoming faxes and correspondence from applicants to assist in the processing of their application
* Inbound Outbound calls to/from Swedish customers
* Language requirements: Fluent Swedish and English skills. Good knowledge on other languages will be a bonus
* Flexibility and fast learning skills
* Responsible for updating systems as required in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be a fluent Swedish and English speaker with good customer service skills.
