Swedish/Norwegian Customer service Representative Job in Didcot OX11 7HJ, Home Counties UK
Our busy client based in Didcot, Oxfordshire requires a NATIVE Swedish candidate who can also speak Norweigian to join their customer service team.
The role involves translation and proofing work which is why a Native national is required.
The candidate would be responsible for all incoming post which will include applications and cheques, dealing with the incoming calls from associates wishing to place orders and have queries resolved. There will be occasions when outbound calling will be necessary for chasing payment and information missing from applications.
Also within the role the candidate would need to process returned orders for refunding, send letters and information packs to all new associates. At the end of each month the need to monitor our customer’s growth through qualification and leadership levels will require knowledge of spreadsheets.
There is also an element of admin within the role where emails from associates need to be responded too, take bookings for any upcoming events as well as filing all paperwork in the relevant file belonging to the customer.
Incoming calls from Swedish Associates dealing with orders, queries

Updating accounts as and when required
Processing new orders and applications

Monitoring customers growth and qualification towards incentives and leadership levels.
Taking overflow calls from Denmark, Germany, Norway, UK and Dutch Associates

Small translations
Processing orders, applications, upgrades by post, fax and phone

Contact customers regarding payment problems
Taking bookings for events
Incoming calls from Sweden and overflow calls from Denmark, Germany, UK, Norway and Dutch Assocaites.
Renewal letters and orders
Logging incoming post and faxes
Processing cheques and postal orders received in post
Creating and sending information packs and letters
The wage for this position is £17,000 per annum starting wage. Six month probabtion period with full time position available if all goes well.
