As chief executive manager you report to the borad and to the shareholders. Your responsibility encompasses the strategy, the management and the development of the company:
- administration and management funds, according to SLAs agreed with clients (Banks, Invetsment Funds,.),
- lead on-going business transformation to develop competitive advantages and "anticipate" changes of the market place (regulations)
- manage the operations, optimize resources (HR and IT) and miaitain "state of the art" expertise
- report to the board on financial performance and growth
You are a senior professional who benefits from a strong track record in administration and management of investment funds.:
- leadership, management skills (at a OO or CEO level)
- operations management (processes, information systems)
- legal environment (Switzerland and Luxembourg)
- English and French a must
