A popular financial service company located in Westbourne, Bournemouth are looking for an experienced, career minded person to join their current team on a temporary basis.
Seeking an experienced Switchboard operator to join their busy team to cover an absence.
Duties:
To answer incoming telephone calls and connect them to the appropriate area of the Group, ensuring that service targets are met and a high standard of quality is maintained.
To provide a quality service for all customers so that department service level agreements and the business needs are met and exceeded.
To contribute towards any additional administration duties on an ad-hoc basis
Provide MI when required to supervisor.
