System Administrator

A popular bank located in the Poole, Dorset area are recruiting for Systems Administrator on a temporary basis.

The role entails working in a small user support team based to provide effective 1st and 2nd line administrative and incident support for two risk management systems for employees.

You will be expected to perform the following:

• Carry out a range of tasks, to ensure that the support team is fully able to support system users.
• To provide customer support.
• Carry out user maintenance, ensuring that all user additions, deletions and changes are completed accurately to SLA.
• Carry out business support processes, including structure maintenance, business entity approval limits change op risk data uploads to ensure completion to timescales agreed with the business.
• Ensure that all work is carried out both accurately and completely. Communicate at all levels effectively, confidently and professionally.
• Ensure that all queries are correctly logged and are carried out to agreed procedures

Applicant requirement:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and organised
• Experience of working in a technology enabled environment delivering user support desirable
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of the MS office suite, specifically MS Excel, Word
